How to Upgrade, Switch or Cancel a Subscription

Siter has four subscription plans: Free, Solo, Plus, and Pro.

By default, Siter will give you a Free subscription plan once you sign up.

Your paid subscription plan begins as soon as you make your initial payment. You will be charged either monthly or annually. The recurring charges are only payable in $USD, as shown on the billing page. 

If you are subscribed to an annual subscription, Siter will automatically renew your account for another year unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date. Keep in mind that Siter automatically charges you the amount based on your current subscription plan: Monthly or Annually.

Upgrading Plan

To upgrade your account's subscription plan, click on the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and click on the Billing link.

Under the Subscriptions menu link on the left menu panel, click the Upgrade Plan button, and the modal subscription form will pop up. 

Click on the toggle button to switch to Monthly or Annual plans as you prefer. 

Next, select the subscription plan that you want to upgrade to. You can choose Free, Solo, Plus, or Pro and click on the Add Payment button.

On the next modal form screen, you must provide your payment information by entering your 16-digit Credit Card Number, Expiry Date, and CSV and ticking the terms and conditions checkbox. 

Once done, click on the Add Card button to continue.

Siter will charge your credit card and update your subscription plan immediately. If the payment process is successful, you will receive a confirmation email about your payment. 

To confirm the subscription upgrade of your account, visit the Subscriptions page again, by clicking on the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and clicking on the Billing link.

You will see the new subscription plan and the Payment Method displayed at the bottom section, which contains your filtered credit card number information and the next payment date of your monthly subscription. 

Switching Plan

To switch your current subscription plan to a different subscription plan, click on the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and click on the Billing link.

Under the Subscriptions menu link in the left menu panel, click on the Upgrade Plan button. 

A modal window will pop up to confirm your plan change. Click on the toggle button to switch to Monthly or Annual plans as you prefer. 

Next, select the subscription plan that you want to upgrade to. You can choose Free, Solo, Plus, and Pro and click on the Confirm Changes button.

Additionally, you can also cancel the auto-renewal on your subscription by clicking on the Cancel Auto-Renewal button. 

Siter will immediately charge your recently added credit card and update your subscription plan. If the payment process is successful, a confirmation email about your payment will be sent to your email. 

You can visit the Subscriptions page to verify the subscription plan change to your account.

View Billing Information & Canceling Plan

To view your account's billing details, click on the dropdown menu next to your avatar in the upper right corner of the screen and click on the Billing link.

On this page, you will see three menu links on the left menu panel:

Subscriptions

This page contains information about your account's current subscription plan. You can upgrade or cancel your subscription by clicking on the Upgrade Plan and Cancel Subscription button.

Remember that you can cancel your current subscription plan 30 days before the renewal date. 

Payment Method

This page contains the credit card information you used when subscribing to a Pro plan, including the validity date details. You can also add new credit card information by clicking on the Add a card button below the Payment Methods information. In addition, you can also remove your current credit card information by clicking on the three vertical dots icon next to the Valid until column. 

Payment History

This page contains information about your recent payments and invoices. It also allows you to download receipts for each transaction. 

In case your payment method fails, Siter will suspend your subscription immediately. You can edit your payment information anytime to fix this issue under the Payment Method menu link.
